All works offered in the shop are original artworks or limited editions. Each item is unique — once sold, it cannot be reproduced or replaced. Product descriptions include dimensions, technique, and year of creation.
All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Orders are placed by contacting us via email or the contact form. Payment is made by bank transfer based on an invoice issued by BEVIS s. r. o.
Artworks are shipped worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are agreed individually. All works are professionally packaged to ensure safe transit. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, returns are only accepted if the work arrives damaged. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright. All reproduction rights remain with Šimon Kučera / BEVIS s. r. o. The buyer may display the work privately but may not reproduce it commercially without written consent.
These terms are governed by Slovak law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
